Longitudinal Gen A panel to monitor digital engagement and attitudes
CASE STUDY
We created an expert Gen A panel using ethnographic approaches to explore engagement and attitudes over time:
Participants onboarded as expert collaborators, fully informed and engaged with our objectives.
We used an ethnographic platform to capture insights as they occurred, in real-time.
We created mini-communities to encourage interaction and the co-development of ideas among participants.
Iterative development of study focus as we shared insights and learning developed.
We brought the study to life for our clients with engaging visual output and ‘meet the participant’ sessions.
