CASE STUDY

We created an expert Gen A panel using ethnographic approaches to explore engagement and attitudes over time:

  • Participants onboarded as expert collaborators, fully informed and engaged with our objectives.

  • We used an ethnographic platform to capture insights as they occurred, in real-time.

  • We created mini-communities to encourage interaction and the co-development of ideas among participants.

  • Iterative development of study focus as we shared insights and learning developed.

  • We brought the study to life for our clients with engaging visual output and ‘meet the participant’ sessions.
